• Hub approved amounts recommended by Mutual Ministry

• Procedure determined, quorum needed
• Voting members: age 16, confirmed, have given and communed in last year

VI.         Faith Formation Report - Jo-Ann Honan

• No garden this year
• Sundresses made out of pillowcases - delivered by ELCA, protection for girls

VIII.      Property Updates - Sandy McLellan - Written report

• Clean up days May 6 & 7
• Two bids on parking lot work
• Met with Gatti - results to come on plumbing problem

• Messiah attendance: 1958 - 75; mid-1990s - average 2 services 404; today - average 3 services 157
• Tonight’s discussion, written exercises - strengths, weaknesses, maximize opportunities, minimize threats
• Hub members’ spoke of their own personal commitment level to change
• Possible facilitative session - overnight, off site - weekend of June 10-11? - details TBD
