Coffeehouse and Book Review

A spiritual journey has infinite number of beautiful features to focus on. Four times a year – in the Fall, Winter, and Spring – we hope to inspire people by offering book reviews which highlight books that have helped equip Messiah members to grow spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

We present 25 minute presentations for three different books each time we meet. Discussions follow for about 15 minutes on each book. Discussions are led by the presenter or by Messiah's Library Ministry Team. No prior reading of the books is expected. The themes vary and cover non-fiction and fiction works, many of them bestsellers.

Guest are always welcome. Refreshments are served. Usually, book store certificates are given as door prizes.

Let us know also if there is a book you would like us to review. Although we plan ahead, we cano easily add books for review for one of our get-to-gathers.

This learning and fellowship opportunity is a very enjoyable experience. The meetings are held in the evening, at the church, usually on a Monday or Tuesday, between 7-9 P.M.
