CROP Walk

 

This years CROP WALK is scheduled Sunday May 2, 2010 at:

Bethany Presbyterian Church, 3000 Dewey Ave. 

Registration at 1 PM and Walk begins at 2 PM

For over 20 years, the Greece community has participated in the CROP Walk, an ecumenical activity designed to raise money for worldwide hunger relief. The 6-mile walk happens on the first Sunday in May. Walkers obtain pledges for their walk from friends, family and co-workers. This is an activity that families, couples or singles can participate in. Well behaved dogs on leashes are also welcome, but because of the number of walkers, bicycles and skates are not. Wagons used to carry small children and wheel chairs are permitted.
