2008 CROP Walk Report
The Greece churches CROP walk was held on May 4, 2008. Over 100 walkers from nine churches and several volunteers joined to raise $8000. Seventy-five percent of the money goes to fight hunger around the world through Church World Services, and 25% will be given to the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf.
Messiah had over 20 walkers and pledged over $1000. We thank you, sponsors and walkers, for this meaningful participation in the CROP Walk. Messiah has been part of the annual CROP walk for the last 20 years.
