Automated External Defibrillator Training

Training is scheduled for Monday September 21st at 7 pm.

Messiah has purchased an AED for our building. An AED may automatically diagnose life-threatening cardiac issues and by using electricity, it allows the heart to re-establish an effective rhythm. We have all seen them used on various TV shows.

Do you want to learn how to correctly use this device? Training will be provided by the Ridge Road Fire District at their Station #1, 1299 Long Pond Rd, across the street from the mall. It may be moved to Messiah, if possible.

A full CPR training session will be included with the AED training. Interested? There is a signup sheet on the communications board; We need to let the fire house how many people will be attending.
